One Year of ConnexHealth

Reflecting on the past year, we have come a long way, pivoted when needed by introducing new services. I wanted to thank the ConnexHealth team, our partners, and the community for supporting us. Services we currently offer:

🏡Home care: Qualified, pre-vetted, professional Personal Support Workers and nurses to tend to the needs of your loved ones within the comfort of their own homes.

👩‍⚕️Placement Needs: Assisting long-term care and retirement homes manage their workforce by providing them with pre-vetted and professional PSWs and Nurses.

💬ABA therapy: Virtual ABA therapy provided by our professional Behavioural Analyst and therapists.

⭐Child and Youth Respite Program: Introducing Child & Youth Respite program, where our respite professionals work closely with Behavioural Analyst to provide families with much needed break and therapy.

💬Parent Education Series: Our professional Therapists and Behavioural Analyst providing education and guidance to help families handle various behaviours displayed by their child.

💊Pharmacy Delivery Services: Web portal and phone app that assists in managing regulated care and control of medication deliveries – easily monitor and document your deliveries.

🏥Rapid COVID testing: these 15-minute rapid tests are administered by a Medical Professional onsite at your location.

💬Communication Therapy: learn new skills and become a voice actor.
