ConnexMatch a subsidiary of ConnexHealth Inc., connects families in need of home health care on a periodic basis with professional care providers such as, Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Nurses, ABA Therapists, Behavioural Analysts and Child and Youth Respite pofessionls; through a unique matching system. By utilizing the concepts used in other industries, such as online dating and Uber like transportation systems, the concept of allowing families to find the care they need by matching the family with the right care providers based on skill set, credentials, personality, and geographical area. At the same time, ConnexMatch provide care providers that want to find work an opportunity to offer their services through the online system while matching their skill sets, personalities, and preferences to potential clients.
In addition, ConnexMatch also provides pharmacy delivery solution, Communication Therapy, COVID 19 Rapid Testing Program and Resource Navigation services.
